According to aTechTimes report, Facebook users are being targeted by fraudulent software thatclaims to provide ChatGPT-based tools but actually contains malware. Thismalware can grant hackers complete access to their devices. In Meta's Q1 2023Security Reports, it was confirmed that this cybersecurity problem exists, andthey issued a warning about approximately 10 malware families posing as ChatGPTand other AI tools. The security analysts at Meta discovered these malicioussoftware instances in March alone. To address this issue, Meta has taken actionby blocking numerous malicious web addresses associated with ChatGPT andsimilar AI models. Additionally, they have introduced a new account type calledMeta Work accounts, specifically designed for businesses and work purposes, asa measure to combat this problem and ensure security.
